A: We strive to carry out all web site migrations as quickly as possible. Nonetheless, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. Q: Do you require anything from me before you start transferring my web site?
A: Yes. We’ll require the name of the site that you’d like us to migrate. We will also require a means to log into your present hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your web site.

Q: How about downtime? Will my website be unavailable?
A: Nope. Your site will stay online during the transfer. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything is alright, all you will have to do is update your domain name’s DNS resource records.

Q: Will my current hosting provider need to provide any info/help?
A: No. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

Q: Which web hosting platforms do you support?
A: Yeah. We support all conventional Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, since we do not provide Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary site building and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
