Multiple OS in VPS Web Hosting
We offer you three different Linux releases for the Operating System of our virtual private servers - Debian, CentOS and Ubuntu. These are among the safest and the most reliable OSs on the market and we supply all three rather than just 1 as we realize that you may want to set up some software with specific requirements for the Operating System it shall run on. The latter is because each of the three Operating Systems has a huge support community behind it and there are different software applications you could install on the web hosting server. Your OS selection will also determine what hosting Control Panel can be installed on the VPS in case you would like to use one and that is why we offer multiple Control Panels as well. In case you decide that you need some other OS, our tech support team can quickly wipe the existing one and set up the one that you'd like. In addition, we offer an optional service to keep the OS on your VPS updated weekly.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers Hosting
We offer three Operating Systems with our dedicated server packages - CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian. They are all different Linux distributions and we offer them not only because they are 100 % free and they won't increase the price of your new web hosting server, but also because they are very secure and stable. Each one of them is backed up by a big community of developers, so you'll be able to choose from many hundreds of software packages that you can install on your server if the app that you intend to work with has certain requirements. The Operating System will also determine what internet hosting Control Panel you can use as the Control Panels that we offer run on specific OSs only and since we want to give you as much flexibility as possible, we offer multiple OSs and multiple Control Panels. In case you get a server with a certain OS, we could change it upon request in the event that it turns out that you'll need alternative one. We will also keep the OS updated weekly as part of our useful Managed Services upgrade.
